  Column : 300 X 4.6 mm I.D. stainless steel column
  Sample : a mixture of thyroglobulin, bovine serum albumin and ribonuclease A (0.03 % each)
  Injection volume : 5 ml
  Eluent : 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) + 0.3 M NaCl
  Flow rate : 0.35 ml/min
  Temperature : 25 ℃
　Detection : UV at 220 nm

 

Sample : uridine monophosphate (0.01 %)
